Maestro Hamilton Souther is a pioneer of the global plant medicine movement and psychedelic renaissance. He played a pivotal role in the Peruvian Government’s acceptance of plant medicines and helped create the fastest growing sector in the Peruvian tourism industry.

A trained anthropologist and entrepreneur, Hamilton bridges ancestral knowledge with emerging technologies. In 2001, he founded Blue Morpho—and has since guided over 15,000 individuals from 100+ countries through transformative ceremonial work, building a respected certification path and global community.

He co-founded a Silicon Valley based AI lab focused on conscious innovation, and his work is featured in TIME, National Geographic, The New York Times, and Oprah Daily.

Today, he supports entrepreneurs, coaches, and executives at the intersection of purpose, performance, and visionary leadership.

Ryan is a certified coach, consultant, and entrepreneur with extensive global leadership experience. He was the creator and founding general manager of the streaming service Topic, which was acquired by Kino Lorber Media in May 2023. 

He is the co-owner and integration guide at New Life Wellness, specializing in ketamine therapy, and is pursuing an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Wright State University, with Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) expected by September 2025. Ryan has trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).

Ryan is a Peabody and duPont–Columbia award-winning Executive Producer whose projects have received Oscar and Emmy nominations. He has overseen fifty series, films, and shorts, including Academy Award nominated The Letter Room starring Oscar Isaac; Tell Them You Love Me, a Netflix #1 film (June 2024), and the acclaimed documentary series, Philly D.A.

He became a recognized leader in the dental industry after successfully building and selling a multi-location group of practices, earning a reputation for innovation and strategic growth.

His experience spans over 20 years in dentistry and business, during which he has consulted with hundreds of dental professionals, helping them develop thriving practices. He has guided the creation and expansion of multiple dental ventures, achieving significant revenue growth and premium valuations upon exit. 

He holds advanced credentials in dentistry and is the founder of a consulting firm focused on dental practice optimization and self-development coaching.
